| In 1989 Paolo and Judie Scarpa opened their first restaurant, at the time it was one of the very few authentic Italian eateries in Singapore. It didn't take long for discerning diners to discover the uncomplicated delights of regional Italian cuisine in its most genuine and nourishing forms. |

Paolo makes 4 trips each year to Italy to source for dry goods, produce and wines; always looking out for new ways to innovate and to obtain the best ingredients at value prices.
Da Paolo Il Ristorante also caters to small corporate or private functions. The first level accommodates 18, the second and the third level will fit 27 and 19 people respectively.

Dinner: 6.30pm - 10.30pm
