| In 1989 Paolo and Judie Scarpa opened their first restaurant, at the time it was one of the very few authentic Italian eateries in Singapore. It didn't take long for discerning diners to discover the uncomplicated delights of regional Italian cuisine in its most genuine and nourishing forms. |

Da Paolo Il Ristorante is the flagship restaurant, and is where locals and internationals alike come to enjoy the finest Italian cuisine. Those familiar with the hearty tastes and aromas of regional Italian food will know to expect homemade pastas, meat dishes and grilled seafood, not to forget the tempting pastries and wonderful desserts.
For over twenty years, the Da Paolo name has been synonymous with great food and good value.
Paolo makes 4 trips each year to Italy to source for dry goods, produce and wines; always looking out for new ways to innovate and to obtain the best ingredients at value prices.
Da Paolo Il Ristorante also caters to small corporate or private functions. The first level accommodates 18, the second and the third level will fit 27 and 19 people respectively.

Dinner: 6.30pm - 10.30pm
